Roop Mahal Premier Inn B&B hotel is centrally located in the city. It is very close to Padmanabha Swami Temple & SP Fort Hospital. It was a sudden trip to Trivandrum with a friend of mine and we decided to book a room to stay at night. I have got a good last minute deal from MakeMyTrip.
We checked into the hotel at 2 Am and surprisingly check-in was fast and didn’t take more than 3 minutes. We have got a three-bed room Non-AC room and it was perfect for a one night stay. The staff at the reception was friendly even at the midnight. 😀
Google map guided correctly to the hotel and it is situated in a small lane from the main road. There is not much parking space here, you can park 3-4 vehicles right in front of the reception and that is the only disadvantage I have found here. But that doesn’t matter for one night travellers.
The hotel seems to be a new one and maintained properly. Bed, Linen, and towels were clean and the bathroom was excellent.
The hotel offers guests an opportunity to stay close to the tourist attractions of the city. One can visit places like Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (300 m), Pazhavangadi Ganapathi Temple(750 m), Kuthiramalika Palace(850 m), Attukal Bhagavathy Temple(3 km), Napier Museum(5 km) and much more.
